HMining
Hash Rate
The total computational power being used by the Bitcoin network to process transactions and mine new blocks. A higher hash rate means a more secure network.
Hash rate measures how many cryptographic calculations the mining network performs per second. A high and rising hash rate signals that miners are committing substantial resources to securing Bitcoin, making it exponentially harder and more expensive for any attacker to gain majority control. As such, hash rate is often cited as a key indicator of network health and security. It naturally adjusts alongside Bitcoin's difficulty algorithm, which keeps block times near ten minutes regardless of how much mining power joins or leaves.
